All downloadable product sales are final since you cannot physically return an E-book, we do NOT provide refunds,
however we will work with you to help resolve any technical difficulties you may experience regarding your E-book
order.
If you have technical difficulties, please use the contact form to explain the problem.
Be sure to include the following information.
- The order ID # for the your order.
- The e-mail address used when you created your Goodwife Shop account.
- The operating system you are using.
- Any error messages encountered.
We will research the problem and get back to you as soon as possible.
