Data Analysis

• Recognizing the need for expert analysis of the survey, and for independent verification of the results, International Relations engaged the services of Statistics Solutions, Inc. on 27Aug2008
• Scope of the engagement included:
• Review of methods and processes employed to date
• Recommend corrections, if any
• Advise on the ongoing data collection activity
• Review and validate data once gathering was completed
• Prepare detailed analyses on several key survey topics
• Prepare an independent report of the survey approach, process, data and results
• The survey was closed on 08Oct2008, based largely on counsel from Statistics Solutions that sufficient data had been gathered
• The data was turned over to Statistics Solutions for their review Some data was excluded from the final dataset over concern it may be invalid
• Final dataset consisted of 1,710 validated responses
